Oh my gosh thank you soooo much my trainer always tells me I'm on the wrong diagonal and she tried to explain it, but it still didn't make sense. I thank you soooo soooo sooo much now she'll never have to tell me im on the wrong diagonal ever again!!!!
@HorseShortsGallery hello I was wondering if you could help me with something.. I ride english and I can never get my diagonal the first time. But usually I know when I'm on the wrong one. Any tips that can help me get it from the first time??

@ProductionsOfArtics -- From the HorseShorts Team:
"First you teach yourself to feel the footfalls and hip motion of the
horse at the walk and make sure you are moving with them.
Then you also feel the hip motion at the sitting trot, when your hip
moves to the inside that is the UP and you will be correct.
Hip exercises and body awareness may need to be added until you can
FEEL each diagonal. Good luck and good riding!"
