It was said that this show lost its appeal after Fonzie "jumped the shark" which this term was originally sparked from.I didn't think so.It ran for another five years after the "jump the shark" episode but the show did seem different after that.It seemed like it was more drama and violence but it still had some funny parts to it.

Miltreta, my wife and I knew your mom in the late '80s. She came to our home fellowship occasionally and was always very sweet to both of our young boys.

She was always wonderful and kind, and blessed us a lot!

Kathy O'Dare (Mary Lou Milligan) is without a doubt one of the prettiest actresses I ever saw on television. Sad news. She died only a couple months ago on July 18, 2010. (she was born on August 27, 1957). Her real name was Kathleen Rose D'Orazi. She left behind her mother, 2 older brothers and a 13 year old daughter named Miltreta Mae D'Orazi (what Kathy died from, I dont know)

@boombasticpeople Well, over the years every so often she would pop up in a movie or tv show. I would get curious about her and I would do a google search, but nothing came up. Her last acting credit in 1978 & her whereabouts was a complete mystery. Recently I went to IMDB, looked her up and to my surprise, her real name was there (Kathleen Rose D'Orazi), when it wasnt there before. So I did a search on that name instead of Kathy O'Dare and found articles of her passing on a couple of websites.

Simple. Every so often I like to look up at IMDB info on actors and actresses after I've seen them in a good tv show or movie. I would look up your mom, but I never got any info. One day I went to your moms page on IMDB and to my surprise her real name (Kathleen Rose D'Orazi) was there when it wasnt there before. So I did a google search on her real name and found a couple of articles that mentioned all that stuff.

Out of curiosity, before she passed away, whatever became of your mom after her last acting credit in 1978? What did she do for a living? Did she still act? Like in theater? What kind of jobs did she hold over the years? Did she ever marry, and if so, when?

@classicphile :( ugh well sadly no she did bad drugs and met my dad john walco and they never ggot married just hav me and then my mom left me because she hav a mental breakdown and she was never the same so she had to be in a mental hospital for the rest of her life and ocasionaly i wud see her like on x mass....butt other then that no:(
