I have no idea whether this guy did it or not, but lie detectors are complete BS. They are useful as intimidation and interrogation tools (which is why the US government uses them for security clearances - because they get more admissions to things with them), but they are based on 19th century pseudoscience and they do not detect lies. The fact that Dr. Phil puts any credence at all in them makes me lose respect for him.
They record emotions, sweat and stress levels. Bassicly, if you lie the detector will detect changes in your stress/emotions & sweat levels.
Ofcourse people can fake the polygraph as some undercover agents had to for some undercover sting operations. They are not accurate 100% But people like you, me and probably him would be unable to stay cool and adventually the detector would pick up when we lie.

What you have to understand is that this was a court arranged custody, if one parent doesnt cooperate then they could get in trouble with the court & full custody could be granted to the pedophile father. Since the CPS is shit, then the court wouldnt have acknowledged her molestation since the case was thrown out. Legally, and as a parent, there was nothing she could do without the father getting the favor in court and getting custody

@TheCrisisKings I understand now, especially after seeing the rest of the video (although I don't remember much about it since I apparently watched it 7 months ago). I still would have trouble following the law in that case. It's unfortunate that in our justice system, some people get to see their kids even when they shouldn't, and some never get to see their kids over something minor or out of their control. A lot of stories where children are killed begin with a visit or several from CPS.
