All I know is when I saw it on that Atlas I then searched for other cities who's population is that big. I found out that it's Mexico city.

nice! I went crazy with all of the panoramic views and climbed Tokyo tower, Rainbow Bridge ,Shiodome Towers and Roppongi Hills tower which was by far the best one of the lot. You can also walk onto the Helicopter pad to get an even better view of the city. Recommended!
