@xXxLovEMasTerxXx911 Take 1lb of cooked chick peas, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, juice of half a lime, pinch of salt, pinch of chilli powder, a few sprigs of parsley and a cup of water. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. That's it! Delicious and better than any you will buy in a supermarket.

Wonderful hummus!!! Three places that I ate the best hummus was in Jaffa (I forget the name of the store), up north near Shlomi at a Lebanese restaurant and near Jerusalem in Abu Gosh. I miss really good hummus. Do they have good hummus in Italy? I have to make my own to eat good hummus.
