The BEST place in the world for plastic surgery is South America. I had several procedure performed at the Makeovertravel Clinic and my results are amazing; also there it's much cheaper if you compare with the costs in the USA.

Just a little around the front of my ears for about 2 weeks... all is perfect now... I am thinking about doing a follow up as people are asking me how lasting it is... it looks even better now. Been Amazing. I just went ahead and did the Tummy Tuck... that is awesome also. Why not. Invest in yourself. I consider it a business investment. If you feel good about yourself you have more confidence and present yourself better.

I will... planning to do that... No follow up on face... looks great after over a year. The tummy tuck is new so still setting in, but looks amazing. The scar is in the area you would consider the bikini line. Perhaps wearing one might be possible ;-) But not ready to video that one yet. I will try to get something posted.

Thanks... has been a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone!!! The scars are invisible. In my hair line and in front of the ear along the edge of the tragus (had to look that one up ;-) . He even tweaked my lobes and made them smaller and prettier. He did a wonderful job. I have had people look to find it and cannot. Very natural. I think that Oklahoma City is a very inexpensive place to get procedures done compared to other areas of the country.

I went for consultation here last week & he drew a horizontal line behind my ear to show me where one scar would be, the others - a short one into hairline & along the line of tragus as you said ... but you didn't mention any scar behind ear - I like to wear my hair up a lot an worry about that.

I got a shock with the cost here - over double what you paid Barb & that was for lower face lift only. I'll try to find somewhere else or come to Oklahoma!

I'd rather go under the knife than botox. I mean, if you're gonna do it, might as well do it right. And if folks counted the botox cost they could have had your type of surgery. : ]

You look wonderful. I love the "permanent" makeup. Did you have a Fraxel Laser treatment on your face as your skin looks so much better, too.

Could you give us an idea of the cost for what you had done? I'll be 60 in October and I'm planning to get something down, but I think I'll go to India or Mexico or Costa Rica.

I don't know about getting it done in other countries... they have their own sterile surgery room. figure in travel cost. Get it done! It should be every woman's right of passage at 60. No skin treatment. I think it just made me take better care of my skin. They have a new chemical peel. But, going to get my tummy tuck first. Not sure if I will put THAT one up. The permanent makeup is WONDERFUL!!! It was all under 10K. A great investment in myself. Better than the stock market right now ;-)

I think this should be every woman's right of passage when they turn 60 :-) They would gladly welcome you and take care of you there... I trust them totally! Where do you live? I'm from Norway but I currently live and study in Scotland. I don't know much about Norwegian plastic surgeans- of course haven't done any research on it, but also I don't know anyone who's had any surgery done (or would admit it?), so I think it's great that you share your experiences!

It was a little painful for about a week... but does not at all feel tight or pulled. and not foreign in any way. It is amazing. looks very natural. Dr. Benien is an artist. Be very careful about who you chose. I would trust him. Check out your dr. completely. I am very very happy with the results. People just tell me I look about 20 years younger and I feel that way too. Very happy I did it!
