That is easy, there are to mirror inside the box in both sides of it, when he closes the door she with her own hands put the 2 mirrors togetherand they reflect the side of the box which is pupousely stripped so that everything looks empty, and in one of the mirros there is a twisted piece of clothing already twisted and this clothing hides the joining of the mirros. that's it.

what u don't know is that the box has side doors.U don't see that cuz of the stripes and those are real hands the they just go through the contraption hidden on the sides. the hair on that you see on the back is a wig attached to a black screen. she opens the doors when he turns the head. He never really turns her head the box is the only thing that moves. and she puts all that stuff back in the side doors when the magician opens it the 2nd time. i saw this in an episode.
