Nifong should go to jail, what would happen if the 3 men had not had good lawyers? the D.A knew that the 3 men were innocent, however never dismissed the case, now think how many innocents people we have in prison for having such liers prosecutors.

Drinking age has nothing to do with "morality": it has to do with custom & *legality* - and what is legal has always been different from country to country and, indeed, state to state in the U.S. But, there are certain moral issues that have nothing in inherent/solely to do, for example, with religion or country: like not killing innocent people, being racist or misogynist, or making, esp'ly destructive false accusations.
