No. We were two years before Skype, our peer-to-peer (P2P) architecture and favortism towards GIPS voice codec was the first time ever to combine this powerful combination.
We were also in discussions with Napster but they did not understand why I wanted to add VoIP to Napster in 2001.
In 2003, Skype took the idea to the next level and benefitted from the then prevelant existence of residential broadband internet connections.
