You do good work, the only thing I wish you would have done differently is evened out her eyes (how open they are) using the Liquify tool. She's squinting one of them and you can't tell with the hair over her right eye but without the bangs it would have bugged me.

Funny thing is, I look at an "extreme" retouch and see how that girl could be made from a girl on the original photo using only heavy makeup and good light.

The girl here, after "as natural as possible"? Only after plastic surgery.

"Extreme" retouch is extreme, but after it the person is still recognizable. Here - not so much.

Just change it please, that picture shows too much and apparently that girl is a real Attention W*hore because on putting that kind of picture to Internet. Eyes are still lapping over onto the hair. I like the eyes better on the other one. Hair style better on this one but doesn't flow. Interesting techniques for smoothing. Mouth is much nicer in this one, more believable. This retouch is more pleasing b/c you kept more natural facets. (I know, other was extreme =p) Other showed some good tricks. 8)
