How was Tibet independent in 1948 when no country recognized it as such? Even a US Government WW2 propaganda movie states that Tibet is part of China. LOL! How did the communists loot Tibet? Tibet is so desolate and hard to get to in the past, it just wasn't economical to mine. It's agriculture is poor, making it almost unsuitable for farming. You folks always blab about China looting from Tibet and yet you folks provide no evidence so forth.
Which country recognized Tibetan passports? In fact I believe Tibetan officials used Republic of China passports. True, Tibet was de-facto independent between 1912-1949 but it never had dejure independence. As I said, China can mine its own territory. If they wanna mine Tibet, which they haven't previously done as much, so be it. The only way to solve the Tibet problem is to flood Huis and Hans into Tibet, and outnumber the Tibetans 10 to 1.
The passport was issued by the Kashag (Cabinet of Tibet), Lhasa, on 26th day of the 8th month of Fire Pig Year (Tibetan). The date coincides with October 10, 1947. The passport bears official stamps of recognition by countries like India, United Kingdom, United States, Italy, Switzerland and France.
So all the countries on the passport recognised Tibet as a COUNTRY.
Hardly convincing! You still have no showed me any country that has recognized Tibet as an independent country. Canada can mine the natives lands, China can Tibet if it wants. There is nothing you folks can do about. Tibet is part of China. It is a forgone conclusion. Just get used to it.
So what? Which country is going to honor an agreement from 1000 years ago. LOL!Yeah, English colonists also recognized the Native American nations, but did it matter to the US and Canadian native Americans? Like I said, China can mine its own territory, if Continental Minerals back out, our own mining companies will pick up the slack.
Showing me a document from a pro-Free Tibet website means jack. Even in 7 years in Tibet, starring Brad Pitt as SS Nazi Heinrich Harrer, Chinese KMT Ambans were shown in the movie.LOL! China can mine its own land. Remember that!
Tibet is part of China, it can mine any part of its country, just like Canada can mine its territory. Continental minerals shud tell SFT to fcuk off.

Tibet was independent in 1948. The communists have been looting Tibet for nearly 60 years now.
If Continental starts mining in Tibet, Continental are just a bunch of LOOTERS and criminals as well.

Do you know about treaties, agreements and passports ?????
Every time a treaty or agreement is signed with Tibet, or a Tibet passport is stamped a country is recognising Tibet as a country.
Google "Tibet treaties" or "Tibet treaty" or "Tibet passport"

There were heaps of gold statues in Tibet.
The gold statues were stolen and melted down decades ago.
