Did this for like 2 days while reading, my eyes are crazy sore.. I figure its the muscles getting accustomed to the movements and developing new memory for it.
My eyes were useless for the first day, I laid in bed all day, but today its better.. just a little soreness.
Reminds me of when you play a sport you haven't played for a while, and then the next morning you wake up, your whole body sore.
@gigainsane It would suck if my eye muscles start to hurt as bad as how every other muscle felt the day after the second time I went to the gym for the first time
oh no! i should have followed the warning, my brain came out of my nose and my eyes fell to the back of the head, now all i can see is the emptiness of my head!
This movement of the eyes is called saccades, and we optometrists use this kind of "exercise" to determine if the patient has any braindamage. And this particular video is a type of exercise to observe the so called "reflex-saccades". A defect in this can be a damage in the parietal temporal cortex in the brain. But dont worry folks, the cirlces are moving way to fast in the video, so if u cant follow them, its not neccesary a defect.. =)
Good job with that exercise. Some of us are too fat to do this, but definitely a good workout. I will write about at tincap*com . Remember to replace the * with a .
it's not worth it if you can't actually count the "folds" on that circle while it's moving , I know you have to just move your eyes around but you also have to do it fast enough so you get to see something! with yourm ind!
man, this is slow for me. Use a video converter and change it to 200% speed, I'm sure you're gonna be blind
