They are harmless. Was in a small fishing vessel when one went pass us, was similar to being caught in a really bad rain storm but lasted a short while before it passed. People in the exact are this was filmed have been seen sailing and windsurfing right next to them and nothing happened, still alive and kicking. NO WHERE close to a tornadoe's destruction.
