  • @LuisSalem

Me too. I really like that program since

I dont have to wait days or in many cases

even weeks to get it and put into action. I

can actually start following the program

    at the site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

on the day that I ordered it with no delays..:)

  • "you wanna be a bodybuilder? this is where it starts!" lmao, it starts with dedication, nutrition, and building a foundation with compound movements, not fuckin bicep curls

  • Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

  • I think it is hard to become super buff looking if you are very tall, for example a tall thin man could probably never become as muscular looking as a short stocky man because they have different frames and the muscle is spread out differently. Of course this doesnt mean one is stronger than another. Its just astetically they look different.

  • @TheCrazedLorry98 It's harder, but not impossible.

If you look at the leading competitors in Strongman, they tend to be 6'3 upwards, with some absolutely massive looking 6'6-6'8 guys.

50 years ago this wasn't the case however and many of the strongest people weren't any taller than 5'10- but with modern training techniques, dietary knowledge and more effective steroids it's become possible.

  • All these steroid cryers never will look good anyway. Addionally succesful steroid use requires more dedication than natural bodybuilding, because it highly reduces the tolerance for mistakes and makes others tasks in life much much harder to do...

  • and ive noticed little men make excuses that they choose not to be big when they couldnt even if they tried genetics are everything steroids are a fast fix that doesnt last.

  • heres an example Jay cutler was walking up some stairs for a interview while they filmed him he was breathing very heavy and needed to catch his breath to much weight on a small frame.

  • @Stoksie01 He might have had a leg workout befour the interview? :)

  • nowhere near enough info on the difference between a regular juice monkey who runs out of breathe every few steps and real lifters that train cardio/weights i do strongman training with alot of cardio and heavy weights without cardio u cant use your muscles for long so why only build power.

  • take a look at power-lifters and bodybuilders, powerlifters can lift alot more because thats what they do, but bodybuilders can lift heavy too, but lifting heavy for 1-5 reps improves strength as where lifting 6-12 or more builds muscle, but powerlifters look usually fat and unhealty as where natural bodybuilders look amazing

  • LOL.. "in a way their wimps" ....lol

  • I am thinking of throwing my weights away.

  • It's great to see Louis so chill and open here. Often he's pretty stern-faced (with good reason considering some of his subject matter, and it's good to see that go by the way-side for once.

  • Id like to do performance training actually.

  • Call me whatever you guys want.... This is why I like cardio exercises like aerobics and the like.

  • @franciscodudeful cardio is for girls, weight lifting is for guys. thats just how it is, when one gender does the other its pretty much like crossdressing except with workouts.

  • @ihmen I dont know about that dude. How about fat guys? I was overweight when I decided to join cardio. Now Im back to normal. My diet has compeltely changed too. Plus theres plenty of guys who are married and chasing girls all over the place and getting chased by girls too. Im not saying regular gymming is bad. I like going to the free weights too for some mass. I guess I overexaggerated on my first comment. I like cardio a whole lot and free weights a lot. Its just that I wont get fat again.

  • i agreee cardio is for girls and lifting weights is for proper men

  • @dw07dwdwdw why because Cardio actually improves ability and muscle just makes you look a certain way?

  • @ihmen hahaha idoit.

  • does he even lift ?

  • can u tell by looking at me that im not a bodybuilder ha ha

  • I love louie's facial expressions.

  • 24 secs can i feel ur muscles haha lol

  • I would love to get back into fitness training lately I just dont have the energy for it I am way out of shape, I must get back into it soon but I will not over do it.

  • Hey, I never knew Ben Kingsley was a personal trainer.

  • @PlayItPoolman Better than Sarge from the power plant! -.-

  • 1.36 Louis' face.

  • lol this guy doesn't know shit. bodybuilder have weak cores? you ever seen the size of their lower backs and abs? stupid fuck.

  • @bigbobabc123 Yeah, pity size doesn't equate strength.

  • @mollers92 pity it does, excluding rarities before you give me example of elite, genetically gifted powerlifters who are skinny and have immense strength, also consider the double-ply suits.

  • @bigbobabc123 haha, they're not rare examples. It doesn't, I'm guessing you're going by gym rat science which as we all know, bares no relation to science. You know as well as I do breaking down muscle tissue with split workouts and endless sets causes hypertrophy. Full and functional power comes from training the responses of the nervous system, and yes, I can use the examples of olympic lifters and power lifters. They may have good genes but they train for it. Never catch them on an "arm day".

  • @mollers92 myofibiliar hypertrophy is a result of strength increase. sarcoplasmic is caused by voluem and you can maybe only add 20 pounds of that over u renitre body. find me a pro bodybuilder that can't bench squat dead at LEAST 3/4/500. mostly its MUCH more.

  • POPEYE!

  • "can you tell from loooking at me im not a body builder" haha

  • this guy he move his face expression more than he talk , specially his eyes he looks like on drug medecine lol

  • damn, i dont know why but skinny arms look so disgusting to me.... :x

  • @itsmeadin You might have body dysmorphic disorder! Don't get carried away too much!

  • feel the burn...ohh yeah lol

  • the funny thing is he just does all the exercises wrong and mr. exmarine trainer doesn't even say a shit.

  • I did body-building for around 4 years, got nice symmetry and big upper body. But its when i went to a boxing class that i realised how unfit i truly was. Since then I've been going boxing 3 times a week for 2 years and its the best decision I've ever made. My muscles might not be as impressive (part from my abs) but I'm much fitter and faster than before.

  • Oh, God 1:10 It's Popeye right there!

  • "Look my vein's popping out!!" Hahaha.

  • hahahah he's not doing anything right :)))))))))))))

    I adore this guy :D

  • american ex marines are the best !

  • since when were bicep curls a basic exercise to get size? he needs to get squatting!

  • "If you want to be a bodybuilder, this is where it starts".... then he does bicep curls... FAIL

"Bodybuilders arent the healthiest people. Their diets are terrible.... they have to cut out all the carbs"...... WTFBBQ.......

  • @ECUHunterJ They're terribly unfit people when getting ready for a show.

  • I love that trainer :)

  • THIS SHIT IS A JOKE

  • ? HEY WHERES WALLY ?

  • LOL @ bodybuilders being very weak in the core. If he's comparing them to equivalent sized powerlifters he might be correct. Superficial strength.......lol I guess benching 400 for reps is superficial. LMAO this can't be taken seriously.

  • @dvessels Yes it can. U MAD?

  • @Ganzant notsureifserious.jpg

  • @dvessels i think he is talking about funtional strength, how many soldiers and athletes look like bodybuilders, they dont need to bench 400 lbs because it is pretty much useless in the real world instead they are fit but strong at the sametime.

  • @cheeco8 If that's what he meant then he would be correct in my opinion. He just phrased it wrong.

  • the trainer is sickkkkkkkkk!

  • omg

  • I think anyone looking to be a Personal Trainer should use this guy as a role model

  • seriously....even a wimp can do what hes doing...i mean at the end..the bar bell!!!

it had to be at the most only 40 lbs...what a wimp.,im not trying to brag but im only 16 and i can bench 150 lb. -_-

  • @D00mFighteR Wimp? I would say that it takes balls to show your weakness to the whole world. Btw: it was a skull-crush exercise, not a bench press.

  • @D00mFighteR you clearly cant as if you actually knew your stuff you would know that that is a skull crusher not a bench press.. you sir are an idiot i have just hit sixteen a few days ago and my 1 rep max is at 95kg no idea what that is in pounds but still, learn your stuff

  • the marine guy is sound!

  • british asshole. Nice intro though

  • @isssssssce yanky twat, go get an education

  • The trainer is the best!!!Oncew a marine always a marine

  • i want him as my trainer !

  • hes a good trainer he doesnt make u feel inferor

  • Watching this documentary beats watching the Westboro one anyday!

  • So he went to an "elite" trainer went he has no gym experience. There was no assessments, gait analysis, abdominal function tests nothing, Just arms!! What a load of shit!

  • Great!

  • I want this trainer !

  • @Handsdown09

    That's exactly what I thought

He must have meant core as in overall fitness, like poor stamina etc

    Not actual core strength

  • I HEART LOUIS

  • anyone got any more info on this frank guy

  • 'In a way, they're wimps.' - Louis Theroux = legend!

  • lol i luv this guy loOUIS!

  • weak in the core but they deadlift 10 of u lmao

  • hes right. and no they dont lift heavy maybe few do like ronnie but hes different he trains for powerliftin a bit

  • weak lol now go and see natural guys reppin u on a bench with one hand assswipe, lol open ur eyes buttwipe

  • a person who trains for aesthetics vs a person who trains to kill? listen to me - you are an IDIOT. having muscles doesnt mean you know how to beat people.

  • you sir, may kiss my ass...

  • we should totally get together and do that. bring a little speedo and some baby oil to rub on each other - maybe pose a little in front of one another. some muscle worship. what do you say?

  • well... depends. If your a female bodybuilder then Im in.

  • 1.57 is priceless!

  • In a way, they are wimps..

  • ha ha can u tell by looking at me that im not a bodybuilder

  • British television is the best! "Good Neighbours," "Are You Being Served," "Embarassing Illnesses," Jeremy Kyle, Louis Theroux, etc. You can't go wrong with that line up.

  • I wouldn't say Jeremy Kyle's the best show ever lol. Man, the people he has on his show are scum.

  • I mean, at least he is honest. Bodybuilder sure are week at the core. It's all pumping air in the muscles! So, that gives him some credit.. Louis is awesome!! Really giving everything! :))

  • @reuscmar yeah your right, theres no core strength a good boxer or martial artist would beat a bodybuilder most times in terms of power.

  • @reuscmar lol you honestly dont know what strength is

  • @reuscmar

no like bodybuilders don't train for strength, while they can lift a decent amount of weight their workouts are based on gaining muscle, not strength

muscle strength and muscle size are by no means related, the best example of this is bruce lee, who with his body was able to lift an 80 pound dumbbell away from his body and hold it out for several seconds

  • @reuscmar U know nothing about bodybuilding

  • man, that trainer looks like he is capable of killing you under 3 seconds. Old timer who looks weaking then he actually is

  • So true. Most think having bulging guns makes you fit... WRONG!

Just see one of those 'Survivor' type reality shows where their rations are meager and watch the muscle gimps fade away before those with some level of body fat.

  • body builders dont look healthy either 0:55

  • Shit, I need a trainer like that guy, charismatic...

The ones in my gym are stale as anything.

  • They trainer had a great character and sense of humour

  • Woah! Calm down, mate. Your gonna explode that huge self-esteem of yours.

  • I, myself, don't go to the gym to become huge like a bodybuilder. Just to get some mass and stay fit. No steroids.

  • Gymnasts, fighters and many athletes can easily over pass the strenght of bodybuilders.

  • I always thought that they had superficial muscles.

  • I don't see why someone gave you thumbs down, I believe in some circumstances that is very true. But, in most situations that is not true.

  • In most situations? It is true even the trainer in the video says it.

  • i was watching a vid of jay cutler and he pressed 300lb using dumb bells. thats like 70kg in each hand or 11 stone. does that mean ther not strong??

  • He means not strong because the exercises to increase muscle mass aren't natural ways a person would use the muscles, example. bench press: u lay on ur back while lifting the weight. Never in real life would u have to lift something in the way other than on a bench press. this means the muscles are being developed to lift in that way rather than a way that can be applied to everyday activities.

  • Comment removed

  • Not from the core.

  • @scott1506 bodybuilders move slow , some can hardly walk they have too much muscle , that makes them weak in my eyes , its all for show , no practical use

  • @rrrorkk arnold ran for 3 hours on his off days, im sure he was a lot fitter then u are haha

  • @AriGoldboss

i highly doubt that, he cant do that much cardio and keep his mass up like that, that and he wont have too much offdays

  • Louis suffers from ANA, lol.

  • wow...an ex steroid taker...proclaiming to be a 'trainer' teaching incorrect form.....you dont see that everyday.

  • They are not all weak in the core some are for real most I would say strength wise are balance all round.

  • What that trainer says about bodybuilding is soooo true.

  • hahaha louie is like over 6 ft, in 1 year he will gain enough mass to fill out his frame by 3%!! No way he can compete lol.

  • Comment removed

  • or maybe he would knock you off 3ft KKZ

  • The trainer is a Cool guy and doesnt expect you to be Big.

  • yeah, he seems like someone you could actually have a beer with. Unlike 90% of the people Louis interviews.

  • the trainer is a pretty cool guy and doesnt afraid of anything

  • That's funny. This Louis Theroux seems to be sent on all the BBC's bodybuilding assignments.

  • No way. 1 year he'd hardly build much muscle quality. No way he would be ready for a contest.

  • I like that trainer guy! He seems like a nice guy!

  • its popeye

  • lol 'in a way they're wimps' aww he's so cute !!

  • I think it'd be great to train with Frank. He'd get someone like me who can't be bothered with weights, to get in there and pump iron! Yes boss!

  • Agreed, I would need somone like that to scream in my face everyday if I had to work out seriously... lol

  • louis is the best

  • Nah, he just meant he could have him ready to compete in a "natural contest" (Lol, *wink,* *wink*) and have Louis pass a drug test, but not actually abstain from 'roids all training year; just get clean precontest.

  • 'I've got a thigh workout with guy grundy later on this afternoon, any tips?'

  • "good to feel that!" he says after Lois says he thought he was left there hanging.. Very good key

  • lol "in a way they're wimps" haahaa i love louis!!

  • Trainer is a Nice Guy and Helpful as well.

  • the trainer looks sound tbh.. down to earth bloke who looks like he could get you good results.

  • well saying that all bodybuilders have bad diets and showing a lack of knowledge about carbs and their nutritional value...

also, core strength is a MUST for any serious bodybuilder. he should know that.

  • bodybuilders don't have corestrength, only have the type of corestrength for what they do but not for real life movements such as in sports. No performance athlete efficiency, they can't punch or throw push throw things as good, unless they do some other sport also that incorporates those things

  • nah, tricep pulldowns on a unstable table, squats without a belt, fitball excercises and crunches/lower back excercises galore. Any bodybuilder can incorporate that into his/her routine with amazing results. All power starts from the core, so essentially by using free weights especially, bodybuilders can have incredible core strength

  • oh yes absolutely, they do have good corestrength, but I am saying about real life movements, throwing, pulling or punching etc. True though what you said about for instance tricep pulldowns on unstable table. But bodybuilders want first and foremost musclemass rathe rthan strength or whatever, doing those type of exercises u mentioned wouldnt benefit a bb as much if they would stick to the usual bb exercises.

  • yeah i read your first post again, you're absolutely right, bb is all about the physique's LOOK not how it performs at throwing or kung fu fightin lol.

  • its Popeye

  • the trainer is one of those 'been there, done that' he knows how to get real big or real fit, so theres no pretentions or trying to act like he's the man.

  • what a character. I suddenly want to become a 1950's boxer and have him train me

  • I know what you mean! Much better than those 18 year olds that you usually get in the gym.

  • ha ha, no just kidding

  • I agree with the comments below. Real trainer. When they said an ex-drill sergeant i was expecting a right arsehole. lolTough bastards they are

  • Yeah, I was surprised and heartened by this one.

  • real down to earth trainer who'd get you motivated and the results others wouldn't

  • i agree. top bloke

  • I like the trainer a lot, he's got a great personality.
