When they stop him here, they run out and grab him out of the car. But in America, the video would be 5 min longer because they would be pointing a gun at him and yelling to get out

This aint fake. We have a series of programmes in Poland where TV crew regularly travels in the Police car. Usually they just give out tickets for traffic violations. It's supposed to be a kind of a warning/educational material and improve safety on our roads, but is also very entertaining. The offenders faces are always blurred out and voice altered (when they give out pathetic excuses). Sometimes however a car chase happens. This isnt the only one that happened during TV recording... ;)

In Ireland the Police aren't allowed to use TPAC, PIT manouvres or have any contact with the fleeing vehicle at all, they can only use a stinger (stop stick).

But what I meant is that in Canada, even if the chase ended cleanly the Police would still block off the area for near an hour while they go thru everything.

What I saw in the video made far more sense to me. Arrest him for fleeing, tow his car, and figure out why he was running at the police stasion.
