@sinzeb but the Germans did a better job this time, and most of the time. There's nothing wrong with improving upon someone else's idea.

@sinzeb Well it depends, if the Lexus come out with something that's almost exactly the same as BMWs, then I wouldn't, but if it was better, then yeah, I'd say the same thing. On the other hand, Honda's shameless copy of the e60 5-series with the 08-10 accord sedan is a different story!

@stwartfan123 i dont think that the accord is a copy but ok....yeah ok but that hing with the cameras is exactly the same thing as the Infiniti FX has, so i dont see the point!

@sinzeb The accord has almost the same size, tail lights that catch my eye as a 5 series all the time, and the same window outline with hofmeister kink, which is a BMW trademark.

@sinzeb yes. the US accord...it borrows a lot of elements from the e60. So does the Pontiac G8; but I like the G8, and the G8 doesn't look like a 5 as much as the Accord does.

@stwartfan123 no i dont think so, i just watched a vid with his accord, and yeah its very ugly we got a good looking accord over here, but i dont htink that your accord looks like the 5 series, just my opinion!

@stwartfan123 yeah i heard about that...i just wonder why they put our accord on your acura list!...i mean, do they know that the accord is ugly? ;)...as like u got the civic coupe and the sedan, we just have the EU civic, which is if you ask me, uglier than th coupe or sedan!...dont knwo have you seen our civic??

@sinzeb Haha I like most of the new Accord coupe here, but not the sedan...and yeah, isn't it like a hatchback/coupe? I kinda like the civic sedan, especially the si (kinda like the type-R) but the coupe is not my favorite car...I do, however, like the 04/05 US Civic coupes (idk if they were the same or not there)

@stwartfan123 yeah the accord coupe is awesom, jap its a hatchback/coupe/imugly thing.....the civic sedan is a great car!

oh no 04/05 civic coupe is the uglies one i think and yeah they are the same yours and ours....im driving a 96 civic coupe so its my favorite :D...but we never had a SI or Sir just the 105hp oder 125hp :(

@sinzeb Yeah, I figured, I saw that Civic on Top Gear (UK)

I'm thinking about getting a 2006 BMW 330i (They only made the e90 330 for 06 in the US) or an 04-06 330Ci with performance package. But if neither of those work out, I want a Civic si sedan

and yeah, we got the si for this generation of Civic, but not the previous.

I'm still not sure yet; I'm leaning towards manual, but I want to test drive them before I make a choice.

and yeah that's what I mean, the 8th gen is the year they brought the si back. But I really don;t like the coupe as much as the sedan...

@stwartfan123 i drove the 325i e90 with the manual, its not that great as everyone is saying but i would pick the man over the auto ervery day, just because your more into driving! BTW the 3 series hasnt the DSG or SMG they have a normal sequentail gearbox which is slow and not that confortabel! But your car your choice :)

@sinzeb we actually had an SMG gearbox in some of the e46s here, but I've read it's not as good as the one in the M3. And yeah, the 325 e90 isn't very good, I prefer the 330 by far, the HP increase makes a huge difference.

It still can't match LEXUS parking assstant system, but by all other means a great looking machine, and I'm sure it's an even greater driving machine.
