Although I woke up this morning and I felt something painful on my upper arm that seriously like just appeared over night it felt like . I thought it was maybe a blemish but my mom said she thinks it was from tanning . I dont tan anymore its been over a yr . But its red , raised and painful . should I go to the derm ???
