The situation in Georgia is in no way comparable to the protests in the middle east. These protests do not represent the majority of Georgians, they simply represent an extreme opposition who were paid by the Russian government to stir up trouble. These protesters turned up, heavily armoured with projectiles such as molotov cocktails and various hand held weapons. This was violence caused by a few individuals. Although there may be many, a few 1000 does not represent a nation of 8 million!
