@JLno3 It's a joke. Phil LaMarr (Marvin) does a heck of a lot of voice acting nowadays. He's voiced Vamp (MGS series), Reddas from Final Fantasy 13, Sam B from Dead Island as well as John White from the Infamous games.

His voicing of Vamp is perhaps one of his more well-known characters he's voiced. Other people might have even commented this anyway.
