In response to a top comment, I question whether this film should really be classified as anime, since it was created in Korea and directed by a Korean, not by a Japanese. Other than that, I really enjoyed this film.

Um, that's not accurate. The Koreans do Anime-style artwork and anime is the Japanese word for 'animation'. Also, a lot of general scenes in anime are outsourced to South Korea.
