omg!! i tried doing a double on the same pole before (once only though). It was sooo difficult as both of us have different paste and height! It seems like a "bumping into each other" exercise rather than a double pole routine.

Can you please explain to me why they don't wear shoes and cuter outfits? It would be much more visually appealing if they didn't look so rough and unkempt. I do enjoy the videos but there is always room for improvement. Thanks!

K, First: shoes only get in the way for some people. They aren't necessary and I personally can do more without them than with. Second: Pole dancing is not really about cute outfits and glamour. If they look "unkept",(which they don't)it is because of what a vigerous workout pole dancing really is. You want glamour, watch a beauty pageant.
