i got the FC on drums too but it didn't gold star so i was pissed.on the wii and xbox 360 don't gold star.not sure about the ps3 but prolly not.this and "...and justice for all" are the only 2 i know on RB that u can FC on drums without goldstar. prolly the only thing to is save the OD for an optimal path or squeeze
