Does she truly mean Assault weapons,or is she also going to include semi-automatic rifles that look like Assault weapons.Maybe there can be a legal way of owning a true assault weapon.1. Obviously a thorough back round check ,including a standardized test performed by a psychologist.This would be a one time session.If that person wanted to buy more assault type weapons he wouldn't have to do the psycholog.testing again 3.The person would have to belong to the NRA and gun club,and buy insurance?
