People who have made different Pitchloids of course would claim them as their own because they thought of the idea to create a new voice. @Miku1FTW Neru isn't a pitchchange in Audacity. She's a character that was created to give a face to the trolls of the Vocaloid fandom. She was only given a voice after becoming popular; and it's not an Audacity pitchchange. She's edited using the actual Vocaloid program by changing the vocal parameters of another Vocaloid's voice. Same goes for all the examples you listed.
