VERY good! It's been a while since I've seen a good fight. Good chroegraphy, good rotoscoping, and even good acting (that's rare).The ONLY complaint I have at all is that I want to see more of the lightsaber pike!
A very good film, but I find myself liking the first one slightly more. @kib86 They actually use carbon fiber poles. They said they only broke 3 or 4 times during practice and shooting, but by the looks of them, they seem quite light.

There was a lot of talk about saber colors. The color of the saber only mattered before the New Jedi Order. Guardians (blue), Consulor (green), Sentinel (yellow), Saber Master (purple), and Sith (red). After the NJO, Luke even creates a saber for Leia that is red. The color of the saber no longer tells the style, just what crystal they found on Yavin 4.
But to the film itself, this was great and I hope you make more. I enjoyed Final Reunion as well. Good job.

@timmahplaysguitar because they're usually not cliche. most of the films with red are a dark jedi vs a jedi or a rogue with a color like purple or orange. they usually have cheesy dialogue and slow choreography. just the nature of fanfiction.

Just wondering, why do all siths' on YouTube have every colour lightsaber except for red? Not just an extra sith that dies quickly, but all the bad guys, cos I suppose they could have just turned, but red is the best colour for a bad guy/sith
Well actually the thing with the different saber colors is the gems used inside the saber. The color depends on the nature of the gem, could be orange, blue, green, red, yellow, purple. So really you never know.

hmm pretty good sword wielding skills for someone not having taken any clases. Your hands are cllearly familiar with the weight of blades since you can twirl them so aptly. I'm not sure whether to be impressed that this was all self taught, or laugh at the fact that this was sef taught while you were fantasizing about being jedi. Either way, very impressive, better that even some of the fights in the movies.
It sure was,but I wouldn't go that far by saying that this is not close to it either. :) It is very well made,and obviously had a lot of effort put making it. The camera angles are near perfect,the choreography is excellent,and it has one thing that RVD 2 is lacking - a story. A questionable,shallow,but a story nevertheless.
Still,the RVD 2 is professionally made fan film by all standards and therefore deserves to be crowned - THE BEST ! If so,then this is certainly the NEXT BEST !
Hey, does anyone know the name of the lightsaber film where one of the guys is delivering a message for two jedi, he runs into an enemy and they start fighting, they battle some clone/storm troopers, then resume battling each other. yeah. i could never follow that path. Most things I do are based on emotion and I could never not love. I would not follow the sith either. I would be in the gray area, still being able to love and use emotion to power the force and using those powers for good.
if you are filled with emotion you are corruptible if your in the grey long enough you will join the dark side...in the end sadly its either light or dark embrace your emotions or shun them. lol dark side rocks.
In the video game Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, if you choose to learn Dark side force powers, then Luke tells you that those powers could lead you down the side of darkness, but if you discipline yourself, you can use the powers for good. But, still, if I had to choose a side, I'd be on the dark side. They have a easier way of life that I agree with more than the jedi.
why not be a Potentium practitioner like Luke was (you know he used Force choke on gamorreans on ep. VI and he developed a stronger version of Force lightning both dark side associated powers) it is way cooler xD
around 5;20 is what they should have done in episode 3 with anakin and obiwan vs dooku. there was too much standing around and waiting - u could tell that anakin and obiwan were trying to make it easy on him to take the two of them. its better here cuz the courrier uses their own attacks against the other one

awesome. ur vid stands out because there is a plot and your characters actually move. alot of people have outdoor scenes but u moved your characters to different locations. the water for the death, the top of the hill for the conclusion. 5/5 awesome job man seriously.

Sorry bud but you dont know much about star wars then....some lightsabers can be made to have switches that keep them going if they fall out of your hands, Corran Horns first lightsaber (if you know any lore that is) was like that....the one he got from his grandfather. Once to turn it on, Two clicks to turn it off.
No doubt this is good but what's with the amry fatigues ? I've noticed that a lot of fan made star wars or lightsaber duels fall short because of the outfits they wear. Just an observation and an opinion not meant to offend because i still think it's well done.
that was REALLY good! The choreography, the story/script... and sound, too; this had a very natural feel to it. Especially at the first Highwayman's death and when the protagonist wakes up. The sound... worked very well. Kudos, amigos, this was really good.
dude, even though its been said a million times, I'm sure you'll never get tired of hearing it so I'll just say it, this is absolutly by far the best home made movie I've ever seen in my entire life. Simply amazing.

That works. A Naginata is a slashing (and poking) weapon, something like that would fit his weapon.

haha right you are! It's called the Naginata but in one of the Jedi video games they called it the Shadow Guard Staff(cool). The guy with the Orange lightsaber is hot. but anyways im really impressed with this and I really hope you guys make another one, maybe add a feamle character this time. Please and Thank You.

Naginata. And, as the blade isn't curved, its just a lightsaber pike. More or less a spear with a big tip.

yes but the word saber is given to a curved weapon a light saber isnt curved but anyway the reason I suggested naginata was the way he used the weapon to attack

awesome. ur vid stands out because there is a plot and your characters actually move. alot of people have outdoor scenes but u moved your characters to different locations. the water for the death, the top of the hill for the conclusion. 5/5 awesome job man seriously.
btw. love the plants being sliced on the way up the hill

Very well. But I wouldn't throw an extra lightsaber in the water. I loved the plot. The way that guy died by the lake was pretty cool. You guys fan video was awesome. Do more. oh yeah I make an incredible sith. Let me know if you wanna shoot another.

Wow that was really good. I have seen some amazing saber fights like RvD but this combined music and a story togeather. I cannot wait to see if there is more story background!!

Sorry bud but you dont know much about star wars then....some lightsabers can be made to have switches that keep them going if they fall out of your hands, Corran Horns first lightsaber (if you know any lore that is) was like that....the one he got from his grandfather. Once to turn it on, Two clicks to turn it off.

No doubt this is good but what's with the amry fatigues ? I've noticed that a lot of fan made star wars or lightsaber duels fall short because of the outfits they wear. Just an observation and an opinion not meant to offend because i still think it's well done.

that was REALLY good! The choreography, the story/script... and sound, too; this had a very natural feel to it. Especially at the first Highwayman's death and when the protagonist wakes up. The sound... worked very well. Kudos, amigos, this was really good.
