Lol no, he got permission to paint on that wall. Graph artists do public stuff all the time, legally, with spray paint. They are called "p" walls.

The animals themselves are really cute and the concept of the panting is cute as well, but the color scheme you chose for the landscape wasn't that great. The grass is more yellow than green and I wish you had painted the clouds white or something. The animals could have used some color as well.
