I would say »fake«.
No one would fix the rope at the far end to tow a car out of a lake. And the break-lines are to smooth to be of natural causes as well.

Fake,
That was obviously cut in half before they tried to pull it out. Look at the body separation prior to even pulling the car.
Notice the perfectly cut ice blocks in the scene?
It was pushed into the lake already cut, there is even a piece of the material they used to push it in still on the roof.
It's amazing how much time people put into videos to post on the Internet, but on the upside, it is damn entertaining !
