every time you go through a portal you get a certain number of BPQ points. the points are exchanged for MSS hats (looks like an antennae). the hats are +2 to all stats if they expire and +3 to all stats if they don't expire. you get a permanent hat every 5 times you exchange your BPQ points.

it's nerfed EXP but it's still fun.
