@MrCrazyKool - Just to explain, our bodies are only absorbing fluoride because we have receptors for Iodine (essential for proper thyroid funtion) and these receptors can't tell the difference between Iodine and Fluoride. If you want to remove the fluoride from your body. Only thing you can do is replace it with Iodine. look up Lugols solution. My family and friends all take it (also, unfluorinated water- buy a reverse osmosis filter)

First, find out if your water supply has fluoride in it. Your water plant must tell you. If it does, then the only sure way to remove it is with a filtration system for your home. This can be a whole house system or a countertop system for the kitchen. It must be a comprehensive system designed to remove fluoride. I suggest contacting Conscious Living Systems. They can assist you. Avoid any dental products with fluoride and stay away from processed food.

@sethwyo Reverse Osmosis Filtration Systems remove fluoride- well it removes everything from the water. look into it. We bought one 4 or 5 months ago. Prepare never to see limescale build up in the bottoms of your kettles, ever again.

No filtration process can remove much sodium fluoride from water. Even distillation can only remove 20% of it, because the fluorine molecule has only one atom more than water.

i would suggest re-shooting your video, with more lighting on your face, so that there's not such a sharp contrast between you, and the nice backround. Also, I liked when you held up the "X-Ray" water, revealing the backround... You can mitigate this, by surrounding your happy cup of water, with a solid backround on the cup itself. Happy You-tubbing!
