This camera is at a very high altitude so the sun will be seen at this level before people to see it at sealevel. Notice how the sky is still pretty dark? This is def the sun rising with Venus next to it. I'd say in about 30 more min people in the city will see the sun start to appear. Think about perspectives. If you are at the top of a huge mountain your going to see sunrise before ground.
One of the objects (probably the smaller) is definitly Venus. Fourmilabs Your Sky shows it perfectly (and even made me realize that Japan doesn't have DST, which google the confirmed, when I didn't get the time to fit - the rise was an hour too late).

"venus" imposter is not the only one hanging out with the imposter moon. there are two "starlike" objects that appear to leave the frame with imposter moon.... if you go to site check the video for 7-28 04:00 - 08:00.....look closely starting at 4:20. is it normal that an object so far away travels at the exact pace of an object that appears closer? hola back pls.
@NunuVision1 d5uncr is correct about it being venus. I can't seem to see this other object. I saw a flash of something maybe it was a flare of some sort?.. Wish we could get this zoomed in. And FYI it is not NORMAL at all for an object to travel at the same pace if the other object is much further away.

Well, Astronomically speaking it could not have been Elenin as it's position for a horizon event would be far later in the day. Venus would have been in perfect position for a 4:30 horizon event, though brightness would have to had to have been filmed with fair magnification, it certainly has satellites that could have been detectable.
If this video is fake then Japan has a problem. I didn't video this, this is what I saw when I was at their official site...if their video is wrong then all the volcano videos must be fake also huh..

No it is definitely the moon. Go to stellarium, if you don't have that you should download it.. and go to japan from the location window, at 4:25 their time the moon is in the exact same spot as you show, rising right before the sun.. but.. it really is weird how it can be that bright and and the sun is behind it and to the bottom of it.. it shouldnt be showing any light at all except for the small part at the bottom! Something has got to be shining on the moon, but not shining on us? idk..
Well, after doing a little bit of my own research, I definitely believe this is Nibiru.
When it makes itself visible, it is supposed to look like a second sun in the sky, with a moon revolving around it. There you go. It is definitely close. Thank you for video, this has helped me.

@dellatheredxx yes the sun was due up....but this obivously came up first..by 25 min...radiating its own light clearly seen on the clouds that the object was hiding behind to begin with...also the sun comes up on time.....and both objects clearly are radiating light from their prospective positions in the sky.

@foghaze Nope, not the sun. Watch the original footage, watch?v=ZfJhH92ZF_c , and you'll see how everything lights up when the sun actually rises.
It climbs over the volcano at about 6:30 japanese time, that's more clearly seen in the video from the 30th.

The other light source that you see is the sun coming up. This object is reflecting light on the clouds, along with its tiny partner in orbit..lol
I've checked the videos on other days and have yet to see anything like this.... I can't prove anything, but I can bet I'm on the right track...
