if kinetic energy is RF-dependent, & the purpose of the accelerator is to provide energy to (for example) the electron to decay a certain way, then does that mean that an electron which can't decay in a way because of energy restrictions WILL be able to decay that way if we change our frame of reference? That doesn't make any sense.
