  • Breathe you fucker!

  • It's funny how the lyrics from this song still apply to our world today. The world is just as screwed up now as it was twenty-two years ago. Awesome song!

  • Ministry (Lollapaluzza 1992 NWO Awsome)I have this whole show Of Incase you didn't feeling like showing up on Video.

  • No mikeockurts this is not a white power band !

  • is this a white power band?

  • "is this a white power band?"

Well, their singer is a far leftist, so basically, yeah.

  • False, AL is from Cuba and hates communism or any leftwing assholes just as he does the right wing. Furthermore I don't think he is racist or anything but he was in an interview recently saying that he thought swedish nationalists were cool. That's on youtube.

  • I dunno but they're pretty white. and he says fuck the jews in a song

  • Haha!

    Fuck YEEEAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LUFT!!!!!!!!!!

  • Breathe, breathe, breathe u fuckers!!!

  • very good job on the recording. thank you.

  • Like misguidedarchangel said man this clip is just fuckin epic. i remebmer seeing this when I was like 15 years old the drums at the start just blew me away.

  • I seen Ministry in Seattle a couple months ago with Meshuggah. Great show!! This is one of the best songs, intro is bad ass.

  • Just....beyond epic.

  • great drums

  • One of the few concerts ive been to (the 12/31/89 show..)

And jello biafra opening with The Pledge of Allegiance was a nice touch..

  • Jello Biafra (I Pledge Defiance Dude)

  • my word! wat have i stumbled across! i think i like

  • fucking vicious, intense lyrics: Breathe! Corporate causes with self-served denial The raping of the land Collapse The lungs malfunction They never learned to breathe Breathe! Rusted syringes and half-thought disposal A burial at sea Waste water graveyard Swimming in disease
  • Al is right. What ever it is that we are doing is not working!!!

  • featuring tezz roberts, founding member ov discharge

  • Beat fucking drum intro known to man!!!!!!

  • Absolutely. I just looked for this piece just to see (and hear) these guys...

  • The real deal. Al's more important to music than anyone wants to admit.

Grandpa Jourgensen? Aaah I know Grandpa yeah. Y'all might know him by other things, that punk ass motherfucka. Hypo Luxa!? Alias sonuvabitch. Buck Satan. Buck buck satan. Buck is a scary motherfucka. Buck. Don't fuck with Buck cause Buck will fuck you up.

    Fuck Buck tho.

  • Bill Rieflin and Martin Atkins drumming together at the same concert. How fucking epic is that?

  • first time i saw that, i got the shivers...

if i'm not mistaken, one set is electronic drums and the other is regular...awesome!

  • The Land of Rape and Honey album was perhaps the most vicious and brutal album ever. Rock at its rawest! MINISTRY!!!

  • Awsome video!

  • Absolutely amazing, this is rock at its most brutal and mesmerizing. A+ all the way!

  • fuckin' brutal

  • If this was any more rock-tastic, my balls would be flattened.

  • Saw this tour in Vancouver. Every single mfer was over 6-3". Got killed.

  • saw it in dc, there were definitely more than a few enormous people in the crowd

  • Lets all hope Obama is not the other side of the coin(like so many others before him), but adhere`s to the positive change he promised.

  • Your hope is amusing.

  • Obama has just been elected and allready he has the russians breathing down his throat. The usa and russia, plus all the other countries are controlled by the same bank, right now they obviously want to create a economic boost with a massive war. If McCain was elected, the russians would not have to push him into it. The Russian leadership under control of the bank and all several others are about to enter into the strangest economy boosting cold war ever. This is the world, it`s not working.

  • Diese Drums sind so geil, ich werd wahnsinnig, wenn ich das höre!

    Breathe you fuckers!

  • Yeah Really!

I don't think I've seen them as many times as you have. Not sure if more than 3. I honestly did not know that they were still touring. Glad to find the vid, it made me get the get the albums. :)

  • Ok Matured :)

I've seen them a few times here in So Cal.

but more than a decade ago, and must have had a good time cause Im not sure how many times I saw them.

  • i 've seen them for at least 5 times live at least decade. Did you not really remember how many times did you see them??

  • The best song out there! Good old times!

  • I'm Old

  • no your not mate, just matured!

  • Greatest Ministry song ever.

  • Went to see em a couple of months ago in Glasgow Carling and it was awful - just their latter thrashy shit mainly. I can understand Al is bored but ffs, it's their farewell tour

  • BBBBBBUUUUURRRRRPPPP!

    LadyViewer

  • yeah!! I dare ya whole bunch of sickos

  • wow this is on utube i wanted this vhs in 6th grade 1990 i think.. man i dreamed of purchasing more than 1 cassette a month at that during those days and was mostly fucked in the head from household drugs haha so i had to do the cheaper method of listening to ministry via astral headf### brain powers not really known as projection a canada

  • hmmmm i think those household drugs might have made you retarded

  • powers..

  • yep that confirms it! an answer that makes absolutely no sense= retarded, at least in my book

  • I think I read your book... it sorta sucks :S

  • watch?v=8JtJP3GdnQg

  • u got 2 breath u got 2 listen 2 heavy tunes so gud combination

  • the world is still insane..

  • Breathe! Breathe! Breathe you fuckers!

  • Al is great. Al is good.

  • fuck this song/video/band rocks...enviromentalists from way b4 they started warning about global warming...and they say were stupid for listening to this type of music...we are smarter than them

  • the part where he tosses his sunglasses and flips the crowd off is great

  • gotta love the drums in this song

  • mist is shrouded in come agaain icame too late agaain shod shore

  • Ministry could re-release this and it would be top of the pops, so to speak. this is savage.

  • This is just as hard and angry as death metal.

  • Oh yeah... This is the best... This music is like a wAr In Hell!!! I can't get enough. I love it.

  • I've seen them three or four times in Colorado. I think their Psalm 69 tour was the best.

  • that's awesome man, they put on great live shows... I've seen them twice in New York.

  • so many of ministrys songs are better live!!!!!

  • i remember this concert series. i felt like showing up and it was worth it!

  • 5/5

  • Timeless music kiddo...The full length video kicks ass...

  • One of THE best live videos of Misitry. Gotta love the drum intro via Atkins and Reiflin

  • now using a tube catcher to recapture and copy to dvd

  • beg to differ there is a video of this whole concert available, i had it and it was destroyed whilst moving. got it at red eye music in sydney fkn awesome

  • true, ive got it on vhs! its called "in case you didnt feel like showin up!" its fuckin ace!

  • im only 17 and im into a lot of "now music", but i stumbled upon this, i usually dont like old stuff, but this is great. this is a really intense song.

  • I have watched this so many times and it is still as new and fresh as it was back when it first came out. My cassette tape copy is just about to wear out. The song is a masterpiece. Also, I can't remember his name but the guy playing guitar to Al's left (our right) is just delectable....Hot, hot, hot..

  • William Tucker from Thrill Kill Kult

  • does anybody know were you can get a CD or DVD of the full lenth video? the live version kicks ass!

  • As far as the dvd there is not one. This is the VHS. DVD didn't exist then and has not been released since then.

  • this was a great album, when i first bought it, it was on vinyl annoying the neighbours. great tour, lost a tooth and cracked another. oh, the fun times.

  • "rusted syringes and half-life disposals"

in my opinion the best lyric of a song ever.

  • Blu ray DVD is needed...The best live videotape of all time. I buy it whenever I have the chance because it makes a great gift of class.

  • this is the world. it's not working.

  • that hat... well its ummm interesting to say the least :D all kidding aside, the band sounds really great. i only wish they had stayed this creative throughout their career [no offence, but the thrash stuff near the end never did anything for me...] Atkins and Rieflin sound amazing and their precision is astonishing.

  • MartinAtkins,BillReiflin=2 world class drummers

  • I first saw these guys for this tour 90 in SF at the Warfield and I was in for a total shock, I couldn't believe that this was the same band that put out with sympathy. I was expecting ummm bopy bop bop, then the curtain went up and I knew I was in for it when I saw the chain linked fence and the fire breathers!!! Best damn show ever, I lost a shoe my shirt, all the pockets out of my pants and a slight noes bleed. My world was forever changed for the better!!

  • This is why Al could have retired in '91 and it would have been just fine. There's no way they could top this tour. Al. Paul. Ogre. Jello. Bill Rieflin and Martin Atkins. Fucking brilliant. I got my ass kicked at this show. We warned the security guards it was gonna be a rough show but they laughed at us...until after the show, of course. The first 4 rows of seats were torn out from the floor and thrown aside.

  • Good times, bro,,,, good times.....

  • skrason: I went to the see them at a Lollapalooza about a million years ago - which was at the Gorge at George(Washington)and it was an outside show. They made the ground shake...Not only that, they opened for the Chili Peppers and after they finished people started leaving....It would have been hard to top Ministry. The Chili Peppers sounded like a Disney tune after.. It was pure magic!

  • The guy at 6:01-6:02...lmao!

  • Badass Intro

  • Breathe, You Fuckah!

  • For the 'Breathe' intro one musician would hold a used pull-string child's baby-toy up to the mic and would pull the string rhythmically over and over to recreate the baby cry-sample while several violinists would provide the lilting back-beat.

  • This is the greatest live video and the best intro, ever. I can't believe it's almost 20 years old.

When this was released, MTVs 'Unplugged' series was in full swing. I wondered then in a sarcastic way how Ministry would look 'Unplugged.'

Here's the idea: 'Ministry Unplugged' - recreate the entire "In Case..." video, note for note but without amplifiers, vocorders, sampling assists, microphones only.

  • breathe! corporate causes with self-served denial the raping of the land collapse the lungs malfunction they never learned to breathe breathe! rusted syringes and half-thought disposal a burial at sea waste water graveyard swimming in disease breathe!
  • breathe!

  • Great song and performance! "Pretty Hate Machine" from NIN was about this same time with "Tyranny" from Front 242 right on their heels. Great time for Industrial Rock!! I miss it!! :(

  • Well, the video for "Tragedy for you" was a "little" different. I was ROTFLing the first time I saw it.

  • 1 word...........AWESOME. Sure wish for a reunion from the old skool days.

  • pure INSANITY!!!

I miss when music had this angst

  • WEVE POLLUTED THIS LAND SO MUCH AND WASTED SO MUCH "NOW BREATHE YOU FUCKER BREATHE" lol.

  • Pretty much what er0g and The B3e said. Listen to NWO on the "plsam 69 album". A greater blend of heaviness/beat/intellect i have yet to hear. That is just one example - "just one fix", "scarecrow", "so what", "burning inside" are great songs from a great band. Best band ever imo

  • i always wondered why this song and land of rape and honey are not on the cd wish they were i have this on vhs this song is first and rape and honey they played last .met al in orlando @house of blues show in april it rocked

  • Hard core shit!!!!!Rocked Austin, Tx!!

  • I am breathing. Now can you get of my back.

  • Not the best ministry song...but one of the best...that drumm intro is fucking awesome!!!

    Is this this earth??

  • BEST... MINISTRY... SONG... EVER...

  • Bill Rieflin may not be the best drummer in history, but he's fucking close. Atkins is pretty goddamned good, too.

"Thieves" is a better song to burn shit to, but I think for general asskickery, this is the best song on the album.

    Holy shit, arson is fun.

  • geniaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal

  • I saw this tour live with KMFDM opening for them at 'The Warfield' in San Francisco. This video is pretty true to how it went down. Warfield show was bigger though. Great show.

  • BREATHE YOU FUCKER

  • I watch this everyday.

    Breathe you fuckers.

  • god bless you for posting this.

  • Great Song, love the drums intro. Make me want to hurt someone. :-)

  • The smell of bullshit is all over this page. Damn people need to take a drink and cool off.

  • I saw this tour in Milwaukee Dec '89! Man, Al was at the TOP of his game back then!

  • it's been almost 20 years since i first heard this and the intro is still the coolest use of 2 drummers i've ever heard.

  • This video makes me headbang, punch my rock-fist in the air, all while yelling "BREATHE YOU FUCKERS."

    Killer drum intro.

  • its bin years i still fucking love it and that fucking intro

  • There's a theory going around that the real reason we invaded Iraq was to have a strategic position to deal with Iran and their burgeoning strength as a nuclear power and Syria to a lesser extent. WMD's was just an excuse to get in there before things got too hot. Any thoughts?

  • Sounds right to me. It would have been a good move if things had worked out.

  • Very probable, but in the end, money, not weapons rule the world.

If you have the time look this up. Another reason that I've heard of may be that Saddam was attempting to trade his oil in a the Euro rather than the American Dollar. Simply doing this would devalue and destabilize the American dollar beyond repair. (The American Dollar used to be backed, or insured by our gold in FT Knox etc. They unchained the dollar from gold in the...

  • You're a potatohead. The only reason to trade oil in Euros would be to get better value for their product because it is currently stronger than the dollar. Why would Saddam have done so when the dollar was stronger than the Euro? That wouldn't make any sense.

  • (cont)...50's ? (check that).)

Gold is no longer the currency of the world, oil is. Oil is money. Therefore the US cannot afford to have oil traded in the euro. Iran has been trying to start trading it's oil in the euro as well, hence our desperateness to invade them and stop that from happening.

It's NEVER about what is on the "news". Wake up.

Do your homework you-tube kiddies. Ministry would approve.

  • Didn't Barack mention something about invading Iran? Or Syria? Or wherever? And I see you're the only person to see through the lies and have the real information about what's going on. You're obviously the last bastion of hope for us, so please keep up your diharrea of the mouth.

  • go suck a dick no one reads this shit rofl

  • The information about WMD was either outdated, incorrect, or fabricated. Saddam did indeed gas the Kurds, so he had them at one point. Either way, it was an excuse for GB to finish what his father failed to do. Had we gone into Iraq and deposed Saddam after forcing them from Kuwait, we would've been international heroes. Instead, we strafed the shit out of the retreating forces and assumed they'd learned their lesson, which wasn't good enough for GB jr.

  • That drum intro was friggin insane! Is it just me or does that drummer with the striped shirt look like the lawnmower man?

  • If only the time I saw them last night were as good as this.

  • this song was way ahead of its time imo

  • Hello to the all Ministry fans!

  • I will see them in July!! Can not wait!

  • In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up is the best live album ever.

  • Wow, Ministry fans are some of the smartest people in the world! To realize that the Republicans and Democrats are the same party and that there is no difference between the two is amazing. Pick your poison: Hemlock or Arsenic. Wait... I mean Republican or Democrat!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Video added to playlist.

  • The world is insane...

Too bad they did not play this last night in Philly. The show pretty much was very lame in my opinion. I could have gotten there an hour into the show and not missed what I went there to see. They only played 4 songs from Mind or Psalm 69 and did not even bother to play Stigmata...

    Uncle Al screwed us all...

  • breathe you fucker

  • haha just what i wanted to say

  • at 06:17...Jourgensen cool as fuck...

  • I was at the AMITTT concert, LRH and the 2007 tour. There's something about being at a Ministry concert that gets you a badge of honor that you just don't get anywhere else.

  • holy shit I didnt know they have two drumers no wonder Y thats were they get their fast druming beats in their music thats pretty fucking cool I been likeing their fucked up music since 87 but love it you just dont hear this music anymore in peoples cars I have a 2500 watts in my car and I jam out to this and AC DC,Nine Inch Nails.KMFDM,Pantera,Prong,White Zombie.Megadeth and love the look on peoples faces their like what the fuck is that LOL

  • I can't tell you how happy this song makes me feel, to listen to this gets it out of my system, its ministry or one of you.

  • 18 years later and this shit still kicks ass and makes the hair on my arms stand. I was listening to this while half the fags in high school were listening to BOYS II MEN, NEW KIDS on THE BLOCK of course no one would ever admit it now.
