i have both the iphone 4 and the origina wave s8500 and honestly the screen is better in the wave.the color are more shiny and realistic and the black is really black. Sadly the apps for bada suck big time but the phone as a smart phone is good. the iphone is lovely is a big toy _)

I don't like Bada music player! Because there isn't simple option for chosing a song, by first clicking on Artist, then on Album. If you have lots of albums, there can be quite a mess and therefore you need lot of time, to find an album you want to listen. Some albums have strange names and you can't remember them, so you have to go through all of them to find it. And when you got to Artists menu it just shows songs in ALPHABETICAL order! I also hate that add to playlist shortcut! WTF?

And I must metion that the new iPod shuffle has better interface than wave xD I also use these two more than wave because I don't want to refill this phone every day!! This phone dosen't WORK! Lot's and lot's of bugs.

Example: The Screen lock button will open the screen lock if you press it long. OK...think about this for a moment...what if it happens in your pocket?

The shutdown/back button in the right bottom will shut down the phone if the screen lock is on...and the Samsung knows all these and more.

I personly talked with the Samsung embloy on Samsung.com Chat help and he told me all this.

in theory it is. In a real life there no accidental pushes at all. Screen lock button is really tight and you have to push it pretty hard. I spend all my 12 -hours work days with wave 2 in my pocket - still without any problem. So my advice is - use the device, and do not try to find bad things when there are none of them.

@zpybot Ok, for you: the CPU is the same as used in iPhone 4, for bout 30% faster than Snapdragon which goes on tha same freq. and is used in HTC Desire.

There is a 1500mAh battery which is perfect in combination with Super AMODEL display and 3´´ screen. 2 days of really heavy usage are pretty awesome for me.

If it lags, you can reflash it, or just upgrade to the latest firmware... Its not HW problem.

@zpybot what are you on about this phone never lags its uses the samsung 1ghz processor and the camera is amazing it shoots in 720p. the super amoled screen completly kills the iphones retinal display. 10 pages is way more than enough for all the apps you want on it and when you can get it free on a £20 contract then its does kill the iphone.

Got mine two days ago. (Former iPhone owner) And i LOVE it. It's fast as hell, the screen is gorgeous, the keyboard is easy to type on (Once u get rid of the auto-correction), The camera and videocamera looks great (Even on my 38-inc LED Samsung TV) And most of all i love that it supports altmost ALL video and sound formats. Thats a huge + since my former phone (iPhone 3GS) had alot of restrictions (Witch i HATE). The twitter and Facebook apps are great but the youtube app is just a link.(only-)

However, I have to disagree on the music quality coz IMO, Nokia 5800 has one of the BEST quality speakers that are astonishingly loud! Just to clariffy. Wave will come with Samsung dolphin 2 which is webkit based and it supports flash.

The whole phone actually support flash out of the box, built in.

Mee to am hoping that the internet experience on this phone will be great. That is the only reason I will not buy this phone is internet browsing is not at par with iphones, and nexus one.
