Vic is without a doubt the younger and stronger fighter. He can knock anybody out with one punch. But do not count out "El Travieso." He was probably the best flightweight in the early 2000's and in his prime won nearly 30 fights in a row fighting top competition. Arce is going to bring it and I believe anything can happen in this match. I hope arce uses his quickness and doesn't try to out-slug him like Mijares tried to do. I hope he fights a smart fight and if he does he has a chance.
