THANK YOU for this review! I never understood why people didn't like this figure. I have the NYCC version and it's quite nice. Sure the kibble should collapse more in the back area, but aside from her back, the figure is almost perfect.

My local Target finally got these figures in today, and I nabbed Arcee right away. I was oddly most excited about getting her over Starscream, maybe because i like her character in the show. I love this figure a lot, but i do find it funny how outrageously out of scale both her and my generations Junkheap are in their vehicle modes next to other deluxes

she not only in the wrong scale at figure she also wrong scale on the cartoon itself. when she transform to a robot mode she became way too big.

@optibotimus She is larger than scale because if she was in scale, she would be too small to transform and detail. As for her bladed weapons, if they were smaller, they would be chocking hazards and would not be mass produced. So this is the best they could give her :/ Either way, she is my favorite (aside from Starscream, the vehicons, and Soundwave)

for the feet transformation on the wheel, it actually has a slot for a bit of the break pad to tab into so the wheel dosen't keep on rotating in robot mode.

I don't like it that all the newer transformers have small arms and legs.

I want big bulky transformers.

You can get some great articulation out of these smaller arms and legs figures.

Always been a fan of your channel! I don't remember if you did the wheels the same way for the NYCC version, but there is a small curved peg kinda inside the leg that holds the wheel in by friction by the gear-shaped half of the inner rim. Hope this helps! :)

The problem with a Scout sized Arcee is that she'd be really tiny in Bot mode compared to the others. Her mass shifting is pretty hilarious in the show and while I understand "Real Item" bots like G1 Soundwave and Megatron mass-shifting there's no reason she should. I guess in the end dealing with a larger-than-life alt mode is the best compromise.

To me I think they should name the character Chromia because Arcee colors matches Chromia's colors in ROTF, and I'm a G1 fan to the end so I say Arcee looks better in pink & white in my opinion.

@birca04 Yes, actually. These First Edition figures are kind of.. a transitional line to accompany the TF: Prime show. Somewhere around March of 2012 we'll see the TF Prime line of Robots in Disguise figures, which will feature new molds for most (or all, I'm not sure) figures.

I figured out a way to put the her Blade Waepons on her back, to give her the fins she has in the show, well, sort of.

Don't turn the wheel sideways, Put the handle bars through the holes that go completely through each blade, THEN you kinda push the Brake throttles down with your finger (towards the same through-hole in the weapon) they should pop through with a slight bit of work.

Voila! and hey they hide the backpack kibble very nicely.

Like I said on Emgo's review, I prefer the G1 colored version NYCC version But to each his own. Both are great figures and I'd use the NYCC Version as Arcee and the Prime accurate version as Cromita.

Really love this version of Arcee...looks very cool. If I'm not wrong, a motorcycle version of Arcee debuted on the first Transformers (Michael Bay) toy line. That version was cool until Michael bay distorted Arcee in TFs ROTF. I'm glad Hasbro brought Arcee's robot mode back into a nice looking form. Great review!
