Thanks for answering. I was also interested in buying a second hand yts 62 but I didn't know anyone who had tried it. I saw your page, you have great videos there. Anyone of yours? By the way, thanks for the acomplishment, thought I like to hear the truth.
im going to put some up the ones i have area little fuzzy,u wont go wrong with a 62,go to the.. sax gourmet. page there is a review on there ,its a pro horn what more can i say
very good you wander a bit though ,i love to play this tune ,scott hamilton kills this tune ,get his copy of it ,or turrentines, what horn is that i play a yts 62 ,just got the new one
Yes, you're right, I wander a bit, that's why I wanted to upload another take but... I'll try to get those copies you recommend to hear. The horn is a Jupiter 689. It's still the first sax. I'm thinking of buying another sax, maybe a yamaha custom 82z... I'm still saving money!! What about your yts 62?
yeah wandering is easy to do ,learn the chord changes and that will keep you on track, yea the 62 is a great pro horn never let me down yet ,best gigging horn i have ever had very versatile, tried the custom and didnt think there was mutch in it ,prolly deeper bottom end ,but i play alot of ben webster style stuff on the 62 it subtones great ,get the older one if you can they changed the neck on the new one to the g1 ,think it lost some punch ,
