BAH HUMBUG! Fold it like you would a paper fan, but only like half or 2/3. Now pull the edges up, folding it in half (You have to make sure you pull it in half the right way) and fold the other half of the napkin (non-folded side) diagonally in half far enough that the end of the paper should go over just a little to the other side, and pick it up so the triangle part in back (non-folded) rests on-top of the extra, and let the fan fall open! I can't find any videos. D=
