Jari had worst technique ever, sorry. His ass was about 20-30cm away from bench, and very short range of motion achieved. Riku has long movement on bench press, and raw record is 302,5kg. Jari never lifted 300kg.

Jari used benchshirt on his 300kg lifts, thats the fact. hes best raw is 270kg.
James Henderson and Scot Mendelson are only ones, whos lifted 320kg

actually Jari sjöman can did take 10rep with 250kg raw, so I think hes tougher guy than Riku.But u can say whatever u want:D
