@Bryan8329 You're right...Geldof is right about Gilmour in that regard. I do find him though completly annoying to think he is in a position to critique their music or them as individuals..I mean, we all know that Pink Floyd transcends everything and is way beyond the scope of mere mortals...especially ones named Bob Geldolf! :)
@bughead3 One has to remember Geldof came from the punk/new wave era, a lot of whom at the time viewed bands like Floyd as dinosaurs, and held that generation in contempt.
@bughead3 I think him changing his mind on the issue is mostly because with the benefit of hindsight, he could see that music had gotten much worse as years went on.
