i have the same prblem as akumanaveia.

can't do the step 3. can not update the mouse.

akumanaveia do you have an issue ?

when i do the step 3 , should i switch off the fragchuck ?

The Frag Pro hello, I'm in trouble, in step 3 and you press Start + R3 secure and connect the mouse and you can leave the LED flashes, the more I do not do that and I can not update the mouse and PLAY3 not recognize it only recognizes fragchuck.

So far I'm not impressed thought,, need to find a correct setting for MAG.

I got any Levels (Tweak Utility and Sensitivity Dial on Fragchuck) of 5! Maybe Level 4 is also working...

When you got a great Level Setting for your gaming please send me to to try...

Like the same way you setting the other Levels on the Firmware.

You must setting the Dongle, Fragchuck and the Mouse seperate, like on this video...

I testet MAG Beta Version (funny), Yes, the FragPro worked very good with Level 5 and the new Firmware 3.3....

I bought this set and tried to update the firmware as per instruction. The Dongle and FragChuck was updated successfully. But the Mouse can't be updated. The light is still flashing red and it doesn't turn solid red as mentioned. Anyone knows why?

splitfish can send you a list with setting options, but fo your own settings, try with help from the list from our site.

I got for the most games the level setting "3".

I just upgrade and everything is messed up .

The dongle is not working at all , not lights turn on , I have received no response from Split fish support so far .

So unless I find a solution for this problem , you be carefully with this upgrade

This is when the controller goes to "sleep mode". Push the "SELECT" button. When doesnt work, unplugd the USB Stick and plug in than again and reconnect the controllers again ( turn the controller "off" and than replug the USB - plug the USB again and turn the controllers "on".

hi , i just bought it but i have a problem it control the PS3 but not the game (MW2) when i leave it on for a while message will appear please reconnect controller and wont do anything , only when i reinstall firmware and plug all again it works, do you guys have same problem with connection ?
