@CitizenOfEuphoria can't tell what it is, but i'm certain the sample sounds nothing like it does here. it's probably two samples mashed, plus effects to make it more epic.

i think: the bass is likely one sample, and the funky brass melody is probably another sample that sounds very different when listened to separately... then RJ adds the sirens and heavier drums, plus the scratching... man... RJD2 is brilliant.
