Possible the secretary of the NWO has given Obama his walking papers. Much like David Rockefeller gave Krooscheff his walking papers in 1964.

Should Obama resign, Biden would choose Hillary as his running mate and Mitt would choose Jeb. That would give the appearance of a real contest which would not be the case given both Mitt & Bush's billions and Jeb's experience in stealing elections.
