Those are good lookin dogs. We live in Wyoming and me and my family are really the only family here that coon hunt hunt...or at least in our county. My Uncle Butch Miller got it started here. He's in his 60's and still outrunning all of us, lol

Hey man i live tennessee and it just started gettin real cold and i have a fair pair of coon dogs i have been huntin these 2 dogs for about 3 or 4 months and they have showed me about 20 coons and since it got cold we have not got many coon its been 2 weeks since they treed a coon do you know if coons quit moving good? or my dad sed he thinks the coons sent is freezing do you know? thanks

Coons have started running deep and hiding in tree holes. It is rut season for them and kinda gets hard to tree them but they can be treed. I made another video but the last time I went got treed and the coon looked out the tree hole but when I turned on my camera he already went in and wouldn't look.

Yea weights for the collar to set streight and help with endurance and supposed to stop them from jumping at tree... Don't work lol... Northern Ar... Old video and old beta collars new ones don't need weight but I still run the old ones for endurance and use chain for weights instead of lead...

Old collar design and old garmin dc 20 collars had to have weights to balance out the tracker. I use chain now on my old collars and got upgraded no weight needed dc 30s. My dogs seem to perform better with the weighted collars and dont no y but out run all others dog and get r done quicker. lol
