  • I love this video very much.

  • This is done so well!! Good job, just one question if I could. How do you make the video move like that all around the flowers? Surly you don't move the camera cause that would make it look jearky wouldnt it?? Just curious how it's done :P Thanks.

  • pan and scan

  • Hey, I was wondering if you would be able to explain the 'pan and scan' technique in a little more detail for me. I'd love to know! Or maybe if you could direct me to a link perhaps. I'm really interested in how you make the video pan all all over the flowers, the effect is amazing.

  • wow i love time lapse but yours is really unique and i really love it. well worth watching!

  • beautiful!

  • beautiful

  • This work is truly amazing. Actually quite hypnotizing! Beautiful!

  • that is so pretty!

i love watching this kind of stuff. especially kuz you normally dont see them bloom unless you fast forward-thanks for the video =)

  • I'm a big fan of time lapse videos. Over what period of days did this happen??

  • I think it was like 4 days...

  • It was totally worth watching this. Thanks :)

  • very cool angle. You have some amazing work!

  • Super thanks milapse for letting me post my videos as a responce and subscribing!

  • Beautiful.

Your camera is better than mine :o(. I loved the way you tracked the flower, that takes quite a bit of work and most people don't bother.

    5 stars from me.

  • thanks man!

I really like how you did the -stop- rotate continue effect and hell you committed for a month! that's determination...

  • I wish my attempt for a time lapse of a flower blooming had gone this well! 5 stars!

  • shoos, FYI this was 2 min per exposure for five friggin days. Then I sped it up quite a bit in post production (something like 200+%) I suppose every flower is a different animal... the moonflower I use for my leader was 30 sec. per frame and like 1 hour!

  • VERY nice. How did you do the panning?

  • this was shot at 1280x9?? I panned in post production. The real technical feat was the setup. I should have taken a picture of the crazy support system I rigged to get this angle.

  • I dont understand how you can pan just by taking big pictures? (If thats what your saying). You cant get different angles, only zoom in/out surely, by editing the pictures?

  • in premiere you can zoom/pan your movie clip... So if the resolution is well above the final output you have extra resolution to 'follow the action'. Check out my panning clock hack for my mechanical solution.

  • panned timelapse.. amazing!!
