I'm lucky enough to have used Independent Property Inspections in the past to buy investment properties in Victoria and Tasmania. I wish they had inspectors in NSW & Qld also. They are easily the best I've ever experienced in my 28 years of property investing, I even use them to do my Tax Depreciation Schedules for me.
