kenrg, if you're doing 40 in a 25, then you deserve to see the red and blue lights flashing in your rearview mirror. 25 mph zones exist for a reason (i.e. neighborhoods w/small children, school zones, hospital zones, etc.) and while 29 or 30 is technically overkill for a ticket, 40 is more than warranted. Just my two cents worth at any rate...
