My opinion for Taruto's voice: Japanese: Duh! :D English: Quite bad. Italian: I love that one!!! I like it almost as much as tha japanese one! :D Hungarian: I don't really have to say anything, do I? Chinese/Mandarin: Really bad. Chinese/Cantonese: Not that bad. Latin Spanish: I don't like it at all! Maybe, if they had also done a European Spanish dub... Portuguese(Brazilian dub): Not too bad... Portuguese(Portugal dub): Hate it! French: Horrible! Danish and Korean: I don't like them at all...

Tart seems to be one of the hardest characters to dub in TMM... I think he doesn't have very good voice in most of the dubs.

For some reason, every dub that comes from the English version gives Tart a deep voice. I guess that was their impression of it when they heard it in English. All of the one's that dubbed Tart from the original Japanese are voiced by women.
