@rachaell08 I believe I will :) whats ur mos? do u have any tips on the flex arm hang thats my only problem I can do 100 sit ups in 2 mins and My run is good but cant do a single damn thing on the flex arm hang :/

I was at camp johnson for my schooling...didn't like that very much.
