1964 Fabulous staging, acting and voices of the chorus. Makes one wonder if it was Von Karajan, but whomever. Only the Germans and Austrians can do justice to Beethoven's FIDELEO! Is this Beyreuth, Deutsche Oper or Salzberg? Anyone know?
