Not sure if I said it, but this was like the first time I ever played Doom. I played it when I much younger on my uncle's PC, but I barely remember it from then.
Yeah, the PC is the original & best version of the game, but you have to give to the 32X. It was the best console version in the Genesis/SNES generation. The Jaguar version would of been the best, but it has no music... at least the 32X made a effort for music.
Actually, the Jaguar is probably part of the PS1/N64 gen... oh well.
i want to play doom but my mom sold both my moms sega and my uncles that he gave to me so now im gonna have to get a new sega and new connections and everything

Looked like it was the shotgun enemy that got blasted away. It's not surprising to see enemies kill each other, but I didn't even notice it.

A good version compared to the snes. To many missing levels and crappy music makes it kinda mediocre.
FINAL THOUGHT: play the pc version.

snes version has more levels and better music. i can do with the graphics. 32x vesion is the worst port of doom

besides the music, the 32x port is pretty decent actually. the worst was definitely the 3DO version, although it had kickass music.

I wouldn't. Half the levels are missing in the 32X version. Plus the music is horrible.
